Samsung S5 Exploded

<p>To whom it may concern:</p> <p> Samsung S5. IMEI Nr. ********** ********** 8.</p> <p> We have taken a contract out for my daughter because she is a student. This was on the 13 April 2014. At Canal walk Contract no. ICA ********** .</p> <p>On the 30th December 2016, my daughter had charge the phone and after two hours it was full. She had unplugged it and then were laying on a bunker bed and then about, half an hour later she had unlocked the screen to check the time and she had send a whatsup to her mother. She had left it on her chest, then the phone start to make sparks and she through it on the bunker bed and then it explodes. It burns the Cushion and some bedding. Her boyfriend had but out the fire and then she relives what had happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sim card is also destroyed and need to get a new one with a sim swop, to keep the same number. </p> <p> We have and 7inch Samsung tablet and we have a Samsung S7 and this is now scary to have this near us.</p> <p> Please find attached the photos of the incident.</p> <p> This is a big concern, what would have happened if this happened while you are in a car or even on a plane.</p> <p> </p>
