SAMSUNG S4 Mini phone

<p>After numerous attempts MTN sent the Samsung S4 Mini for repairs. Problem is that the head phone remains on whilst there are no head phones plugged in. Speaker is faulty. Cannot hear. MTN attempt to repair the phone but without any success and SAMSUNG SOUTH AFRICA refuse to replace the phone although it is still under guarantee. The phone was handed in at MTN during April 2016. During this period I did not have any phone and it seems that SAMSUNG SA does not care about the fact that the phone is still under guarantee and the fact that I am unsatisfied with the service and the product. This is unacceptable and I need SAMSUNG SA to investigate this as a matter of urgency. </p>
