Samsung S4 Mini ADH Warranty

I bought the S4 Mini knowing that it was a terrific phone and was by far one of the best mobile devices on the market. It was smart looking, well equipped and made by, I think, one of the best electronic companies out there. I come from a family in which we use multiple Samsung devices ranging from TV's, MP3 players all the way to Tablets. My entire family even uses Samsung Mobile phones. But I'm sad to say that I am completely disappointed by Samsung's weak ADH warranty and overall warranty amongst their phones.<br> I had only used my S4 mini for approximately 7 months when I accidentally dropped it. The phone's screen had cracked in multiple areas, making me unable to swipe and causing the touch screen to act erratically. So I decided to take it to the Samsung Care Centre, located in Bloemfontein, in hopes that the phone would be repaired - but sadly, to be told that ADH does not cover the S4 mini and was quoted with R2000 for the screen repair.<br> <br> I was shocked and disappointed in Samsung. Such a terrific phone, but terrible chassis and craftsmanship. I would be better off with an iPhone with AppleCare , which covers accidental damage and is much better than Samsungs ADH. Never Again
