Samsung S4 LOST for 4 months and no response!

I handed in my Samsung S4 cell phone for a screen repair at SaveHyper Samsung in Pietermatitzburg on the 11th June this year. To this date, 16th October, I do not have my phone back. I have been to the store 4 times, and sent 4 emails enquiring about the whereabouts of my phone. I keep getting told they will get back to me when they find my phone! In nearly 5 months they STILL cannot locate my \missing"phone"
