Samsung S4 Faulty after being in for repairs

I am still not satisfied at all with Samsung South Africa and Samsung TTS from Port Elizabeth.

A lady from the complaints department at Samsung SA contacted me prior to my first hello peter complaint and said I should try a boost charge or a battery swop in my Samsung S4 after I got it back from Samsung TTS, when I took it in to get the screen fixed originally. I did that and it still didn't work so I was told to take it back to TTS. They contacted me and told me that the motherboard was faulty and that was my problem.

It all goes back to when I first took the phone in for a screen repair and it was denied because it was out of warranty which is fair enough, however the phone was still in perfect working condition. I received it back and it was not working / switching on. Someone from Samsung SA has not approved to repair my phone and TTS have quoted me to fix it.

Why am I supposed to pay for it when I did not damage it. It was in their hands when it got faulty not mine, it also is not my problem that they did not check the phone before hand although it was still working. They have told me they didn't touch it but I don't know that.

I am truly so annoyed with this
