Samsung S4 failing battery

i am so disappointed with the Samsung S4 phone.My battery has been failing for months now, battery is swollen, overheats, my phone keeps restarting and the battery doesn't last more than 3 hours. after googling about this i found out that i have to take it in to get a new battery.to my surprise when my husband got to the store he was told that i have to buy a new battery. after spending so much i never expected to get this from an S4, i thought only those cheap nokia phones have such issues.but anyway im without a phone right now because this cluesless person who helped my husband said they will take the phone in to check the restart issue, the problem is it is not the phone but the battery...Samsung does not even mention this battery issue on their website, found out on other sites....note this is my LAST SAMSUNG phone
