Samsung S24 voucher - ****med by Samsung
Pre-ordered the Galaxy S24 Ultra and registered for the unpacked event. I purchased the phone via MTN and received the phone, but when i try to claim the R1000 Samsung online voucher then i have an error message. I called Samsung South Africa and they keep giving excuses, latest one being that i had to register for both Unpacked and Pre-interest event, but the terms clearly state to register for Unpacked or Pre-interest. Im an old customer of Samsung, but lost respect for them now.

20 May 2024, 09:35So just an update for everyone - they basically said im lying (indirectly) and then they will investigate. Nobody got back to me after i followed up many times - they basically waited until the voucher expired and then closed the call.
