Samsung s22 trade in payment issue
On the 26th of May 2022 my trade in was collected and processed for the Samsung trade in promotion, I confirmed my banking details on the same day and I was told that my payment will be done on the 15th of June 2022,i still have not received the payment and no communication from samsung in this regard
