Samsung S22 no signal -Technologica Midrand terrible service-FNB Contract

i have a phone samsung s22 utlra on contract with FNB phone giving signal issues last few months cant be used. finally got time and went to Samsung Technologica in midrand as FNB said take to samsung, First i went to Mall of Africa Samsung who refered me to this place as phone was in warranty. We handed phone in for repairs explained to them that phone has signal issues especialy when you at home- it has both fnb sims contract sims in it. we was told its software we told them phone software was update when needed according to updates. they said they need to factory reset and update software to new version they have which we dont have. We lost all our information on the phone and phone was updated according to them. we called them as was returning from pretoria on way kempton park and stoped in midarand to pick phone up around 15h30. we was told phone was given to another client by mistake and that client was called he on way back from krugersdorp. we waited patiently on this mistake till close to 5 closing time. that person came back and handed our phone they checked it again said its perfect we can go. the phone worked in that place on our way back they phone lost signal like we said to them by time we reached house no signal both sims. this is really disappointing- i do not want this phone @FNB @Samsung i want a replacement or upgrade due to mess i had to deal with really frustrating to be messed around. Imagine losing your information for nothing back to square 1.
