Samsung S21FE promotion with a free Tab A7
I bought a Samsung S21 with Vodacom and I have completed all the necessary processes to claim my free gift. On the 14th February samsung confirmed my application and confirmed that it was successful and delivery will take place in 4 to 5 days. Until today I have not received any delivery, I have sent numerous emails and no one bothered to respond. I have tried to call the call centre and the phone is not being answered for more than 20mins. This is a bad service at its best.

04 Apr 2022, 18:09I have finally received my Galaxy Tab A7 today and I am very excited. I wish I didn't have to write a review on hellopeter before anyone from Samsung can attend to my claim and explain what was causing the delay. I am still not happy with their service but atleast they have honored their commitment and delivered as promised.
