Samsung S21 with no free earbuds.

Worst Company in the SA. I Upgraded to the Samsung S21 plus with the free earbuds. I claimed the earbuds on the Samsung app and havent heard a word ever since. This is now 4 weeks later and me phoning them and sending supporting documents and still nothing yet. This is false advertising and horible service. One would expect better from a company this size.
