Samsung S21 Ultra

Yesterday my sister and I went to get her a new phone the New Samsun S21 at Telkom. we got home we opened the phone to charge the phone to get it up and running only to find out there was no charging block with the charging cable so how are we supposed to charge the phone with a cable port that does not come with a charging block why would you sell a device that doesn't come with a universal cable to maybe find something else to charge it with but instead we sitting with a brand new phone that cannot be used because there is only a charging cable where both ends of the cable the exact same as to what must be inserted into the phone. Samsung please advise how your marketing or strategy team decided on this and also where is the phone charging block as we would like to use the phone, then there are no earphones with the device? I'm very unimpressed with this
