Samsung S21 Range "Freebies" lies!
Free buds and tag a sales gimmick!!!!!! False advertising to win customer.
Both myself and my husband upgraded on 4 March 2021.
We claimed on Samsung Members for our earbuds and tags.
Upon phoning we were told that our IMEI's are invalid and had to mail proof of the purchase to ***. We have both mailed them same, no response to date.
I made another call to the call center, was promised that it has been escalated and I will get feedback. It's now been a week and no feedback as yet.
Why advertise items you can't supply?
