Samsung s21 promotion

I have attempted to log a complaint regarding misrepresentation through your marketing promotion for the S21 ulrra phone with an online chat agent who refused to log my complaint because he was not aware of the promotion, yet I had an email proving it. Then Zaestore contacted me after a complaint on Hellopeter. After back and forth communication with Tiffany I was then assured that I will receive the said items in the promotion. Waited for delivery and only received 2 items. The S-pen with Clear view cover was not included as advertised and promised. If this is not resolved within a reasonable time, I will take the matter to the Nationsl Consumer Commission for resolution.
