SAMSUNG S21 FE TABLET "PROMOTION" IS A ****!!!!!

Samsung South Africa has failed to fulfill their promotion promise which they advertised with the purchase of Samsung Galaxy S21FE. Since January 2022 when the promotion started they have been giving customers different stories with regards to the delivery of the Samsung Tab which was promised to customers who bought the phone. They have said that it is in their Warehouse and will be dispatched in 5-7 days time - I received confirmation of the order on the 15th of February with a reference number. More than a month later and still no delivery. Absolutely no accountability, apology or solution on how this will be rectified. I call every week, and sometimes after holding for over 10 minutes eventually speak to a consultant who are always so unhelpful and disinterested to assist and have the same answer that they are overwhelmed with responses and the courier service are backlogged. There have been countless times when I have just been cut off and have to phone again. What a waste of time! It is the most frustrating exercise I have ever encountered and absolutely SHOCKING service. Why Vodacom chooses to align themselves and promote this partnership with Samsung when their customers are being treated in this manner baffles me! DISGUSTING SERVICE!
