Samsung S21 FE promotion with free Samsung tab A7 lite

I Purchased a Samsung S21 FE on the 26 February 2022, by Telkom and Samsung is running a promotion that included a Samsung tab A7 lite, I claimed the tab through the Samsung members app, about 3 days later my claim was approved and that I needed to wait for delivery of the tab has they have been experiencing high volumes of demand and deliveries, its been 3.5 weeks now and I have not heard anything from Samsung I have sent a few emails to enquire as to when delivery will take place and have no reply on my emails and I've phoned the promotion call center number but nobody answers ? what is the point of a call center number when nobody answers after 1 hour ? is this how bad Samsung's after sales is ? I under stand that its been busy with all the promotions that Samsung is running but to not answer emails for calls in unacceptable to me and it makes me regret that I purchased a Samsung device.
