Samsung S21 FE Promotion. FAIL!!!!!!!!!!
My wife and I purchased the newest member of the epic Galaxy S21 Series(S21FE) and it has been shocking to endure the horrible service from Samsung Promotions. Firstly they give you promises they cannot meet with the initial email that was sent with 3-5 working days turn around time for the gift delivery. It's been a month since receiving that email and still, the gift has not been delivered. When you call to enquire they send you from pillar to post. Where is the decency to keep the customers informed with what is due to them????? We spend our hard-earned money to support this world-renowned brand and this is the treatment we receive in return?
SAMSUNG THIS IS NOT EPIC!!!!!
