Samsung S21

I have a Sumsung S21+5G SM-G996B/D6. I have the following issues with this gadget. My purpose of getting this devise was to have a CELLPHONE to carry around town and my works environment. This should have function as a mobile phone, also called a cellphone. Unfortunately this gadgets phone e capability only works if you are very close to a tower. You cannot move freely using this device. I presume it was earmark for the under 25's that are spending the hole day on coach at their parents house or the office jockeys in their cubicals. And whose brain **** was it to remove the jack for earphones? In what bubble are these tech people living in. Serious if they cannot improve a devise, they should not be allowed to break or remove things that work.

This thing drops calls, cannot hear people, calls don't go through. What an absolute frustration. I suggest you make a gadget for the kids and office jockeys and ones for the other portion of the inhabitants of planet earth that actual want a reliable PHONE with add ons. Not a gadget with an afterthought phone ability attached.

I will be giving this **** to my toddler a d go back to my previous 3year old sumsung PHONE or better yet to my 7year old Huawe.

If it was not a company phone I would request a refund so that I could buy myself a PHONE.
