SAMSUNG S21
S21 has been overheating and I have made numerous complains to SAMSUNG. I rebooted the phone each time upon your suggestions and now the back cover glue is melting causing the phone to be exposed and the charging is no longer working. The phone is currently 2 years and under contract with vodacom but not insured. Considering the monthly premiums on a high range phone S21 this is misleading to the public if I am experiencing such issues, to my disappointment. Can I get some positive assistance, Please.
