Samsung S20 FE

I am so very disappointed in Samsung. At firsr the make a phone with no earphone port (witch I didnt know before I bought the phone) Yes I know I should have done my research. But thats not the problem. They put a promotion on Samsung memebers app stating if you purchase the samsung s20 FE, you can claim free ear buds and power bank, but you have to watch the launch to qualify. So I watched the whole hour of the launch and still had no unique code to enter to claim this. How can you advertise something and then this is what happens. And obviously now this promotion has ended. Not happy at all. And I have been using Samsung all my life. Guess its time to change.
