Samsung S10e shocking

I upgraded last year to a Samsung S10e shocking screen is broken they tell you R5000 to repair its probably the worst screen I've seen it breaks with a screen protector on with putting it down on a counter. Then to top it off the Crack just got bigger and bigger under the screen protector. Till its obviously useless. Lesson learn vodacom was no help. Never the less with quality like that time to make a swap to A huawei. So much of my money wasted

Please note that your phone screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 which is strong but may break under certain conditions.

As I thought nothing Samsung has definitely lost my business and that of my family and friends. Sad but true it might only be a drop in the ocean but with customer service and products like the one I recieved it's only a matter of time

Lol still nothing shows they just blatantly just don't care. Worst service ever. Definitely changed
