samsung *******s ..
samsung decides to rip me off by not covering a remote in it's warranty . their excuse response is that it is an accessory.. how can a remote be an accessory . it is used in conjunction with the tv ! now they expect me and other customers to pay for new remotes as smart tv" s do not come with manual buttons... this is absolutely bs .. my tv is still warranty.... they could at least check the remote out and see what the problem is .. not demand that a new remote just be bought! sick of their nonsense....
