Samsung Rips people off, with lies.
When Samsung Announced the Note 20, They offer free Earbuds and UV Santizer for the phone if this was pre-ordered the Phone. I had done just that and collected the Phone on the 24 Aug 2020. I have been in contact with the Samsung Rep Sibongile. who has been telling me that they will call me. Till today she says the Same thing they will call me over 7 weeks later. This is the biggest **** to get people to order the phone.

07 Oct 2020, 20:22This complaint was logged on the 02/10/2020. Samsung rep**** with a reference number and says someone will contact you . 5 day's later still no response. I think its a line that was thought when they go for training. Someone will contact you .
