Samsung Rippoff
On 4th December, 2017 I took my (+/- R17000) galaxy S7 Edge to the Durban repair centre off Queen Nandi Dr. to initiate a cracked screen replacement. After discerning my phone was out of warranty the consultant informed me, (after I requested price), that it would be R5500 to replace. I googled replacement screen prices and found the glass replacement screens to be UNDER R150. I have a household full of Samsung appliances and have owned dozens of Samsung phones, that will change.
