Samsung ripping of customers
Samsung you are a disgrace to rip of your loyal customers like this, I went to upgrade my phone today, after the transaction has been done, I was informed that you do not get a socket with and thet previous soccer's do not work with the knew phone and that you must by a socket, and to top it all the lowest price for a socket is R300. I can not believe that you are ripping clients of that has been clients of you for years!
