Samsung ripoff
Extremely disappointed with Samsung. Whats the point of a guarantee, warranty and extended warranty if I have to pay out for pocket for "wear and tear" damage. Is that how weak samsung materials are that washing clothing in a washing machine could cause the rubber to tear and this is now my fault. Such a rip-off. i have been using Samsung products in my home for years , but this has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and certainly the last samsung product I will ever purchase. Samsung is not the brand of choice anymore.

20 Mar 2023, 14:23whats the point? your technicians and call centres are full of excuses. we expect a brand with a huge following to show customer loyalty but it seems like you are also just in for the sale. after sale service is non-existent. i am utterly disgusted and disappointed
