Samsung Rewards

<p>i have been using samsung most of my life. Tvs washing machines phones sound systems ETc. The quality and functionality are great and always easy to use. So i still love Samsung. I saw this samsung rewards app and tried it. All the rewards alwys sold out and i log in daily to see if there are new things for me to get my hands on. I have done my best to try and get a decent reward and thus tried to log in daily so i can build up the points. There are never decent available prizes.How can all be sold out if i look on this daily. This app was just a waste of my time and for the past 2 years i have wasted time , believing in SAMSUNG. I have sent them a mail requesting that i will exchange all my points which is about 450 000 for just a simple soundbar which is 180 000 just to get something from them. i did not even get a response. hows that for customer service....??? </p>
