Samsung rewards

<p>Hi there I have been a loyal customer to samsung in fact most of the products I buy are samsung. So when I came across this samsung rewards app I really thought that it was a pretty great idea for loyal samung clients to get rewarded for being loyal customers. I have a huge issue as I have been logging in getting daily points and accumulated so many points that I can't burn anything cause thier prizes are FOREVER out of stock. I do know that they have competitions but let's face it what are the chances of ppl winning those prizes. I have interacted with thier survey and expressed how I feel but nothing ever happens. I personally think and feel that samsung should NOT have these apps if they don't wanna look after thier clients. </p>
