Samsung Rewards

I bought a samsung J7 pro from telkom mobile last year with the 12 deals of christmas special. There was a problem with the account promo code which was finally resolved in February. I was promised that my iconx headset would be on its way. It is now the 11 April and i am still waiting for them and getting no response from samsung rewards
