Samsung Rewards.

What is the point of having a support center if mails are sent and I receive no response. I have more than 400 000 points that are going to be forfeited at the end of August. But I have nothing to spend this on. There has been no stock for months. Why bother to put all the effort in when they dont provide me with anything. How can you threaten me to forfeit them when you dont offer anything else.
