Samsung Repairs lost my phone

I got a Samsung flip 4 on contract with MTN at mall of Africa in October 2023. In March the phone starting giving me problems so i gave it back to Mtn store for repairs. The phone was taken to Samsung repairs since it was still under warranty , on the 9th of April Samsung called to say my phone was repaired and will be sent to the store in 3- 4 days. I have been waiting till now, when I call every time at Samsung repairs they used to say, you will get your phone next week till now I'm the only 1 following up and if i don't follow up, no one cares to let me know what is going on. On Monday i spent half of my day calling to just find out were my phone is and bear in mind I'm paying for a phone i am not using since March. I didn't receive any phone to use in this whole mess and on Monday after calling them several time they officially sent an email saying my phone is missing and they are conducting an investigation and well guess what, i have to wait again till i don't know when to get a phone and i will still have to pay this phone without having it. This is not fair on me because i have to borrow peoples phones just to function, they don't care at all to at least try assist me with a loaner phone, and finding my lost phone. I am paying for a phone that I don't have and no one is compensating me.
