Samsung Repairs are USELESS

Phone was handed in to samsung the grove mall on the 20th of January. Gave it a week before calling. When i started to follow up where my phone was as they had made no contact with me, I was told that they are waiting for parts. a week went by waiting for parts, and then i find out my phone was sent to another service center without my permission and the "case" was closed by samsung themselves. I had to continually phone them to get the problem fixed and it is now 3 weeks later, still no answer as to when my phone will be fixed. SAMSUNG IS PATHETIC and they lie to their customers!!!
