SAMSUNG REPAIRS

im having a real tough time with samsung mobile and get my phone swapped out

i have had the same problem on my phone that got repaired +- 6/8 times with different components. each time the repair would last a week or two before taking it back. on the last repair it lasted almost 2 months.

Now its in for repairs again and im very unimpressed with service .now i do not want it repaired i want it swapped out. its since 07/07/2021 and in the first week samsung bank city hadnt even requested a swap out unit. the 2nd week we suffered the unrest of the country and in all fairness i was acceptive of this situtaion. it is now the 3 and a half weeks going. no one from samsung can give a definitive answer. im busy with my service provider VODACOM to get in on this.
