I have been calling your Samsung repairs countless times. PLEASE CAN YOU UPDATE QUOATATION ,SO I CAN PAY FOR REPAIR!!!!!!

No consultant is answering the phone. From Yesterday till to now. Is Samsung aware of your *********** poor service....
This repair center quotes for the things I explicitly said i don't want: My phone needs a screen replacement only. Samsung repair quoted for extra garbage things: battery replacement and phone cover, now they are refusing to update quotation nor answer they phones
