Samsung Repair Centre Pmb

Samsung Z Flip 4 is 20 days out of warranty. I took it to Samsung Service Centre Pietermaritzburg. They refused to look at the phone unless I pay a R450 charge. The Samsung Call centre (online) agent advised that the repair centre would provide goodwill and look at the phone. Instead the repair centre is telling me about a R13000 replacement screen and that I must pay R450 just for them to open up the phone. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with Samsung as a brand. I have Samsung Smart Tvs, sound systems, all my watches and phones are Samsung. I do understand that the warranty is over(by a mere 20 odd days) but they should not have told me to go to the repair center under a goodwill cause if they won't honor that.
