Samsung repair centre- Durban
Am currently at Samsung Durban Repair centre. Service is terrible from the moment you walk in. 1. No on greets. 2. No one asks or directs you to assistance. 3. I've been given a form and made to wait. 4. There are two other personnel that are totally oblivious to my standing in front of them. 5. A customer walks in after me, gets service before me.
