<p>To Samsung Mobile</p> <p>I would like to express my appreciation for the fantastic service i received when i returned my phone via ADH service. The ADH guys were good, on top of that, the people who were repairing the phone 'Shereen from Cell Clinic', did an excellent job of keeping me intouch with the progress every step of the, including calling me several times when i had missed the calls. </p> <p>This is the most basic and most valuable form of customer service and would like to say keep up the good job, its things like this that win brand loyalty.</p> <p>You absolutely have my allegiance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hugh</p>
