samsung repair center..disgusting

I sent my phone in for repairs at the Samsung repair centre in Durban a few weeks ago. My phone is still giving me the exact same problem that I had when I handed my phone in. The disgraceful service and disrespect I received from them is disgusting. my phone is still under warranty, but I am so disgusted with the pathetic service I received that I am not even going to bother to hand in my phone again to get it fixed. if this is the service I receive from them, then I prefer to have a broken phone or buy a new phone then deal with such disgusting service again. THANK YOU SAMSUNG for the HORRIBLE SERVICE.
