Samsung remove Netflix from their LED TV smart hub

I’m very frustrated my UA46F6400 LED TV with smart hub have removed the Netflix app and I can’t install and use it now, I have log tickets before but I’m just getting the run around. I have primarily bought the top of the range 46inc LED TV because of the smart hub feature with Netflix on it to watch Netflix, now I can’t watch it anymore. This was the top of the range and most expensive TV in its size but I bought it because of the netflix support, What upsets me is that I have bought the most expensive 46" on the market because of its netflix support now Samsung just removed it, thus the TV is useless to me I can only use it as a door stop. And after a month of requesting assistance this is what they came back to me with : Samsung acknowledged the complaint you brought forth regarding your Samsung LED Television (UA46F6400AKXXA) where you reported that you can no longer view the Netflix app after an update. • You wanted Samsung to assist with reinstalling the app or replacing the unit for you. • You were advised that Netflix it is a third-party app which is no longer available for older TV models. • Regrettably, Samsung cannot assist with replacing the unit or reinstalling the app on your unit.
