Samsung refusing to keep promise

I complained about samsung on 8 January for not giving me my tv I was promised after I bought the note 20. To date the matter is still not resolved because samsung does not want to accept the tv license that is in the name of my wife and insist that I get one in my name. I have never had a problem buying a tv using my wife's tv license so I do not understand why Samsung change rules. I even asked them to give me a voucher for something else but still no joy. I also noted that there are lots of people in the same shoes not getting what they were promised. Looks like samsung either ran out of TV's or just don't do not what to own up to their promises. Well Samsung keep your tv. We are changing all our appliances and phones now in order not to fall into one of your traps again.
