Samsung refuses to take responsibility for there problems in S7 range

When Samsung released their new S7 range I was one of the first to get one. I received the phone and all went well for about 3 months and then I experienced the phone heating up if I was using it and the battery life lasted me only half a day. I complained to a friend of mine about the phone and she told me to take it in as hers got replaced for the very same reasons. I then went to Samsung in pavilion and went to the customer care where I met Devon. He informed me that it would have to go to their branch in Mount Edgecombe and this could take up to 21 days. This already creating a great inconvenience for me. I asked Devon to please transfer all my data to a S4 that I have borrowed. I was asked to come back in an hour and so I did but on return it was still not ready and to cut a long story short 3 hours later I received my phone only to find that not all data was not transferred. When I got home I tried to make some call and go on the web but to my surprise I had no date and no airtime. I called the Cell C customer care line and I was told that all my data was used up when I told them that the phone was with Samsung and that I did not have it I was informed to take it up with them. I then made another trip to Samsung. When I confronted Devon he told me that he could not check as my phone already left and I was told that he will get the phone back and see why the data was used. He told me that it will be back in the morning so the next day I returned once again and when I got there I was told that Devon is not in for the day. Very frustrated with the service I demanded to know why my data and airtime was used I was told that when Devon returns he will call me. The following day I called Devon and after a heated conversation he told me that he will personally replace my data out of his own pocket. This was never done. A couple of days later I received a call from Samsung in Mount Edgecombe and a technician Stanley told me that they will be replacing the battery but that I would have to pay R750 for the work done. I refused out right and I was informed by both him and the branch manager that this was out of their hands as they sub contract to Samsung and because there is scratched on the back of my phone Samsung SA rejected the claim under warranty. I was told that Samsung SA will call me regarding this and when I spoke to them and told them my problem they told me that either I pay the R750 or the phone will be returned as is. I had no choice but to pay the R750. What irks me the most is 1. my data was used 2. Samsung Mount Edgecombe claims that they subcontract to Samsung SA so no ...even though if you go there it look like a Samsung store. Samsung SA lack of taking responsibility that there is factory flaw in their S range and their pathetic excuse for why I have to pay R750.00.
