Samsung refuse to repair phone under warranty.
Absolute garbage company. Never buy anything from them. Bought a note 20 ultra not even a year ago. Screen just turns black. I take it to the repair centre and they tell me that the phone has been opened so the warranty is void. The phone has never been opened and why would I even open it if it's under warranty. I was then forced to pay R1000 and make a claim through insurance to have it repaired. Never buy a smartphone from Samsung. Just swap to iPhone.
