Samsung refuse to repair faulty phone

During the lastest samsung update my phone froze and would keep rebooting and would not start and it is only a couple months old. Either software or memory chip associated (not possibly damaged from a drop). The phone had a cracked screen so samsung refuse to repair the phone saying the issue is due to the damage which is not possible. Samsung have not had the phone for about 4 months and everytime we enquire there is a different fault from battry to motherbaord to software (which the manager told me was damaged from the drop haha) to memory chip. When I ask to see the damaged motherboard they cannot show it to me and they change their fault and so it has been going around. They are now trying to blame the damaged software on us saying we tampered with it (ie. downloaded something ******* or something) which is not the case. They have literally come up with every excuse as they have no idea what is wrong with the phone and are just trying to get out of the repair. There staff at the Durban repair center clearly are completly *********** and just trying to avoid reparing the phone.
