Samsung Refunds never happen - they lie
After more than 18 months my Fridge was deemed irreparable, after multiple failed repairs by MMI Electronics the certified repairer. Samsung agreed to take back my old fridge, if I purchase a new one at a discount and also to refund the repairs, but via MMI electronics as I paid them. I paid, got the replacement fridge, but my repairs are nit refunded as agreed.
