Samsung refrigerator

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 6 months ago at R7500 thinking its a good price for a great brand. Unfortunately I was wrong. My wife removed the top drawer to pack in some frozen foods. Upon removing the drawer she noticed that the inner lining of the freezer where the drawer slides on was damaged, had a hole on it. I took a photo and the next day I approached the sales person I bought the fridge from. To make a long story short they handed everything over to Samsung. Samsung sent out a technician and the technician said that its physical damage and they can fix it. I mean I have the fridge for 6 months and its damaged. Samsung are using cheap materials to manufacture their products and charging us extravagant prices. Now they want me to pay a depreciation fee to get a new fridge. My fridge is still new!!! Bottom line, please people reconsider when wanting to purchase a Samsung product. (BAD experience with Samsung) Rather go for LG, Defy, Hisense or any other brand.

What I meant to say was they can not fix it due to it being physically damaged. I was called by one of your service team and they bluntly told me that it can not be fixed.
