SAMSUNG REALLY!!!

I took my tv for repairs at SAMSUNG SMART CARE CENTRE DURBAN KZN operated by T,M ELECTRONICS 1 TEAKFIELD ROAD SPRINGFIELD PARK date booked 16\04\2019.the job number is TMHQ40754A, I got the most shocking and disappointing service first I had to call them second day to get my quote of which I had paid my assessment fee then wen I got it n aske d when I can expect my tv was told I need to pay for it so they can buy the spares needed fair n fine ,come the day to collect my tv which was on Thursday 18 being aware of the long weekend n holiday I took my tv around 4pm n everyone there was olready in a holiday mood ,when i got home I got the shock of my life my tv wasn't repaired it had the same problem I had taken it with ,I phoned them only to be told to bring it in on Saturday as they were closing Friday ,took it Saturday morning only to be told that technician were not working this day .SAMSUNG REALLY!!!
