Samsung R2000 voucher

During January 2023 I recieved an email from Samsung stating that I should register to watch the galaxy unpack event and will receive the R 2000 voucher. I registered and watched the event. I called Samsung on 02 February 2023 requesting my R2000 voucher and Samsung refused to give it to me stating that I must pre-order the s23 in order to get it. The issue is that the email sent in January 2023 by samsung specified that we must watch the event to get the voucher but their refused to give me the R 2000 voucher.

Issue 2. Samsung advertised that if one pre-order s23 ,their will get R2000 voucher and free tab 6 lite tablet. I pre ordered the s23 in February 2023 and claimed the tab 6 lite, but didn't get R 2000 voucher of which I was entitled to.

During April 2023 I recieved an email from Samsung that I must use R 2000 voucher, I immediately called Samsung regarding the voucher code but their refused to provide it. I therefore got hold of the claim form to redeem the R2000 voucher and Samsung declined my application stating that it is for the people that purchased the s23 between 16 March to 30 April 2023.

I am frustrated as Samsung customer because I was mislead with false advertising/promotion.

Samsung owes me voucher for watching the galaxy unpack event and for pre-ordering the s23 .

Please can I kindly have my voucher.
