Samsung quality has dropped and you the customer has to suffer

I am a loyal customer to the brand so much so that every product in my house is Samsung and after doing an audit I realise I spent around R151000.00 on Samsung products ( I can make this information available to Samsung including serial numbers and model numbers of all appliances and devices). The issue I have is with my UA60KS8000KXXA TV at the time of purchase this TV was retailing for around R35 000.00. My TV has been repaired 4 times already in the past : 1. had a huge line across the screen, Samsung replaced the screen 2. bezel opens up on the right hand side of the screen, Samsung replaces screen 3. bezel opens up on the right hand side of the screen, Samsung replaces screen 4. bezel opens up on the right hand side of the screen again and now Samsung wants to come back and replace the screen. I mean how many times we gonna do this song and dance SAmsung???? To make matters worse the backlight is pulsing and I was told by a technician that a capacitor is going and the remote doesn't work so I have to use the remote from my 2006 LA46A500 tv cost R16 000.00 back then and still out lived my KS8000.

So I asked Samsung lets do 2 thing, either replace the TV or give me a refund and I wanna go buy a LG Oled cause clearly Samsung has lost the quality plot well in my case they have. I am told by Linda from Samsung that my TV doesn't qualify for a replacement or refund at this time but in future it will, what bull**** is she trying to sell me, Samsung SA I have that call recorded for your audit and training purposes. So in future if I complain you will replace the TV? when ?/ when its out of warranty.

I have attached a thread where people have had one issue and the tv was replace, I am beginning to wonder if this is a race issue now that doesn't qualify me for a replacement https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/help-would-you-buy-this-tv.887492/

My argument with Samsung is simple and which is not even being listened to replace the tv with one that has the same specs: 4K HDR10 One Connect Box or refund me in full.

How would you like it if you bought a TV that cost in the region of R35 000.00 and it needs to be repaired every 4 months ?????

Update:
I get a call from a Herman at Samsung that wants to send someone to stick my front bezel of my TV with tape, can you imagine this clown. Buy a 35k tv and have someone from Samsung come over and stick tape over the front of your TV.
I wonder if Samsung in Korea knows what a circus is being run in SA under their license.

If your TV break once and you of a certain demographic it will get replaced or you might get a refund if you not you will get short terms repairs until you out of warranty and out of their hair.

.As someone that has been a loyal Samsung fan my advise rather invest in an LG you will get a better product with less issues.
