Samsung Promotions sucks!!!!!
I upgraded my cell phone contract with Vodacom in October 2020 and with the upgrade came a 32inch Samsung TV. I had to go through Samsung Promotions dept to get the TV and was such a mission. Every time I called to ask about the TV, they kept saying it was processed and would be couriered. I even have an email confirmation saying it was being sent out for delivery. It is now 2022 and still no delivery of the TV. I left messages with their staff and no one calls back.....not even the Managers. They just don't give a damn. I am not leaving this and will now take it up with the Consumer Council.

I was contacted by Vaughn who still insists that the promotion is over, and then asked me to send all my correspondences. I can see that you guys are trying very hard to get out of this commitment to honor your part in the deal. Just know that I won't take this bull**** sitting down, and very much intend taking this to whatever level I have to.
