Samsung Promotions (poor service) expect extra compensation for not receiving my buds core

Decided to purchase the samsung A56 5G through mtn for R379 I think . On Mtn side , the service received was top notch (received the phone before christmas). This deal included a free gift which was the samsung buds core which needed to be claimed via samsung promotions. Keep in mind that it was claimed December 2025 and also approved on the same date. Kindly note that till current date (i am still awaiting for my buds to be delivered). I called in on Monday and that was the first time I received feedback stating that there is no stock and was unable to provide me with ETA. Initially it was 3 to 14 working days , it is not well over a damn month of waiting. Apart from my buds gift , ensure that additional compensation is provided (perhaps along with the buds gift also include a samsung a56 clear case ) as a goodwill to ensure customer retention. Revert with feedback urgently!!!
